Keeping Our Clients & Staff Safe

Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

Due to capacity limitations based on COVID-19 guidelines, we ask that you come alone to your appointment. Please do not bring friends or loved ones if possible!

Do I need to wear a mask during my appointment?

Yes, all staff and customers are required to wear a mask at all times while on the premises due to COVID-19.

Will you be checking my temperature?​

Temperature checks will be taken upon entering the salon. Staff members with a temperature of 100.4 or greater will be sent home and clients will be asked to reschedule.

How are you keeping the salon clean?​

In addition to our normal cleaning procedures, all stations and tools are sanitized before and after each client.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment, if possible. After any no show or second cancellation within 24 hours, we will require a credit card number for future bookings.

How are you maintaining social distancing?

Scheduling and hours have been adjusted to allow for social distancing. We have also implemented physical barriers where appropriate.
